Present: John Scott, Melissa Meyer, Dorothy Brinckerhoff, Roger Irvin, Jasmine Graves, Anna Eastwick

1. Discuss & approve minutes of the previous 2 meetings (Sept & Oct) (5 min)

Approved both Meeting Minutes pending any corrections.

2. Review board email votes since last meeting (1 min)

3. Prioritize Agenda (1 min)

4. Review and Accept Financial Reports for Sept & Oct (15 min)

Approved

5. Preschool Updates (15 min)

Report (Anna)

  • 9 Students total
  • Anna will start advertisements again soon- in need of more 3-4 year olds to have their own class.
  • One application for tuition assistants. The board approved the discount.
  • Need to add in at least 2 Substitutes for Teacher Sick days.
  • Create Pre-teen/Teen volunteer program
  • Thanksgiving focus on Giving Thanks and Harvest
  • 12/18 12 Noon- Jasmine will join-Parent Meetings-need Board rep at each
  • Website login for Anna- John will be in contact.

6. Board Of Directors Page Update (5 min)

7. Building Maintenance (10 min)

Discussion (John & All)

  • Water accumulation in the refrigerator- Roger thinks it’s probably the drain. Dorothy says it’s more than 14 years old.We will start to look for a used replacement.
  • Mouse control- John has caught 2 mice in the attic. He will continue to set the traps.
  • Storage Unit 10×20- Backyard will need to be grated to even out the soil. Need to ask for a Volunteer with a grader. Do now or wait until spring?
  • Moving Propane Tank- Tabled
  • Upgrading Heating/Cooling System- Tabled
  • Need to make a cleaning checklist for when the center is rented
  • Need new Door mats for ACC and one for the Resale Shop. – Dorothy will look into ordering.

8. Holiday Festival Recap (10 min)

Dorothy reports we netted over $3500, She will put together a spreadsheet.

9. New Business (5 min)

Girl Scouts will start to meet in the building once per month. The volunteers have all filled out the appropriate forms.

Jeanne let us know we need to start grant writing for ???? by January.

Melissa posted the big, heavy table on Facebook Marketplace for free.
