General mindfulness meditation for all levels, some guided meditation, some silent sitting to promote peacefulness and stress reduction. We are practicing meditaion skills to quiet the mind.
This is a half hour session, most of us sit in chairs but you may lay on a your own yoga mat if you like. I will guide us into a quiet space, give minimal instruction about some basic principals but this is NOT a class. I’m there to lead the group, open the door and get us started.
