Ants in the vent in the playroom. We will put new traps out.

Field Trips to Eugene Science Factory and Fish Hatchery

Parent Meeting, John attended and asked for feedback.

Open house to be set in May.

5. Election of Officers

The Nominating Committee (John) confirmed that all Officers are willing to continue in their roles. It was moved, seconded and approved that officers remain:

Roger Irvin- President

Dorothy Brinckerhoff- Treasurer

Melissa Meyer- Secretary

6. Review and Accept Financial Reports for Feb & March (10 min)

9. Storage Shed Project (10)

Discussion (All)- A small group met with the Shed company. Jeanne and John talked to neighbors about the fence line and all are okay. Quote of $8947 which includes delivery, blocking, $1000 deposit.

2. Setting of the windows- One window next to door on long side, one on the short side.

3. Ground- level and scrape- on blocks?

It was moved and second and approved to pay the deposit.

10. Back Siding Project (10)

Discussion (All)- Needs to be repainted, match the color of the new shed.

11. Alpine Photo Project (10)

Jeanne and Dorothy- Picked out photos they will work on framing.

3 Legal forms need to be assigned to someone to complete. We will ask Sarah Fay if she would be willing to take on the task.
