1. Discuss & approve minutes of the previous meeting (Jan) (5 min)

The board agreed to purchase a play structure for $460. A motion was passed in person at this meeting.

4. Preschool Updates (15 min)

Report (Anna)

Anna found and bought a play structure for the preschool playground. She will coordinate with parent volunteers to do some refinishing/updates when the weather permits.

She reports that the hot water isn’t working in the bathrooms. John will look into it.

Pipes frozen, John plugged in the heater, left the water dripping in the kitchen. Wifi was down, John restarted. He defrosted the freezer but the fan still makes a loud noise.

Anna suggested we add peel and stick tiles to the bathroom to improve the look. She will look into cost and styles.

8. Support Raising Event (10 min) 2/22/25 Chili Dinner

Discussion (Dorothy, Jeanne, Melissa, Jasmine & All)

Dorothy and Jeanne will add the event to the sign. John and Roger will buy drinks. Chili and cornbread will be made the day of. Melissa will use the kitchen to make the cornbread. Desserts are a good idea for guests to bring if they ask to help.
