Still going strong. Kerry posted an ad on Facebook for volunteers.

8. Building Usage Review and Updates (5 min)

The Board would like to revisit the Storage building in the back. Dorothy will find the info and we will discuss it at the next meeting.

Jasmine and Jeanne have been organizing the storage areas with plans to move all preschool items out of the Cry Room and into the Office/new storage building. This will allow for more room to walk to the bathroom.

9. Holiday Festival

Raffle- Dorothy is handling the solicitation of the donations and Kerry will put the baskets together and run at the event.

Food is still being discussed. Jasmine has agreed to head up the Kitchen arrangements and will make a decision soon.

The Board moved and approved Jasmine Graves as a new Board Member. We are excited to have her on the Board!
