How to Start a Class, Program or Event at Alpine Community Center

Our Mission

Alpine Community Center

Alpine Community Center seeks to provide a facility and resources that offer a wide variety of programs for all persons in South Benton County. We strive to strengthen and unite the community by bringing together diverse elements through arts, education, and economic development.

Get Involved

Host a Program or Event

Welcome! The Alpine Community Center (ACC) is ready to become your lifelong gathering place to connect with neighbors and friends.

ACC works with independent instructors and community volunteers to provide local services. Whether an ongoing class or a one-time event—for kids, teens, adults, or seniors, free or ticketed—our safe, warm facility is ready for your idea.

Step-by-Step

How It Works

  1. Submit a Proposal: Complete the event proposal form (independently or with our assistance) and submit it directly to the ACC Board of Directors.
  2. Board Review: The Board reviews your submission, evaluates alignment with ACC goals, and contacts you for an in-depth discussion.
  3. Program Design & Logistics: Together, we establish scheduling, room suitability, registration fees, duration, class capacity, age targets, and descriptions.
  4. Formal Agreement: Once verbally agreed, a written contract is executed outlining the specific activity details alongside the responsibilities of both parties.
